  Bought a suppressor. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best customer service I've experienced in the industry. The staff even got my paperwork organized and mailed off same day of purchase.

  I cannot recommend Matt highly enough for all your firearm needs. He consistently goes above and beyond both before and, more importantly, after the sale. Email/phone inquires are answered very promptly, often even after hours. Recently, I had an issue with another shop that required a transfer. Matt went out of his way to facilitate all of the details and straighten the situation out for me. All the way around, you could not ask for more professional, prompt, and effective service. Thanks!
